If you're a founder and didn't hear about Practera, I recommend you to take a look. 

We sometimes have specific but time consuming research to get done and I have now done this twice with 2 different teams of 5–7 students working 25h each in 2 weeks for us, once with the Aston University and once with University of Leeds.

You get to spend at least 2 meetings with the students and you can of course coach them more. I found Practera very good at framing the project so that everyone works very efficiently. They of course help tweak your brief and match you with the right team.

Exploring breakthrough innovation with some cool kids.

A few weeks ago, I was offered to join the University of Waterloo’s WE Accelerate Student Employability Program. This program connects Statis Ring to a diverse group of talented university students who will collectively commit 700+ hours over 4 weeks to work on our #artificialintelligence strategy. They will present their findings and recommendations in a tailored research project specific to the company.

Participating in their discovery sessions once a week allows me to share my professional journey, tribulations, and learned successes! The best part is being able to work with engaged students to share gems of wisdom while they help you reflect on why you do what you do!!!

The student team was incredibly helpful in generating fresh and innovative business ideas during the internship. Their creativity, enthusiasm, and willingness to challenge conventional thinking brought a valuable perspective to our brainstorming sessions and contribute meaningfully to shaping new strategic directions.
